Yes — our products are designed for business users, not just developers. You don't need an engineering team to get started. That said, if you want to integrate more deeply with your existing systems or workflows, our consulting team is happy to help with that as well.
Yes. All of our products are built with integration in mind. Converso can be embedded into any website or application. Extract exposes an API for connecting to your document workflows. If you need deeper, custom integration with your existing stack — CRM, ERP, HRIS, or internal tools — our consulting team can build that for you.

Yes. We offer short-term hypercare after go-live, longer-term maintenance contracts, and SLA-backed support options. Support scope and response time commitments are defined either in your SOW or a separate support agreement, depending on the engagement type.
A Statement of Work defines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones, roles and responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and pricing. It is the governing document for the engagement and ensures both parties have aligned expectations before any work begins. Nothing is ambiguous in a well-written SOW — that clarity protects both sides.
We offer three models depending on the nature of the work: Time & Materials for exploratory or evolving engagements; Fixed Price for well-defined SOWs where scope is clear; and Outcome-Based contracts for longer strategic engagements. Billing is typically monthly or milestone-based, with payment terms specified in the contract.
Ownership is clearly defined in the SOW and contract. In the standard arrangement, clients own all deliverables and IP created specifically for their engagement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary components that Nuvio brings to the project remain our property but are licensed to you for use within the agreed scope.

No. Your data is never used to train external AI models. The content you upload to products like Converso or Extract is used only to serve your specific instance. We take data ownership seriously — what's yours stays yours, and it is never shared, sold, or used to improve general-purpose models.
Yes. We have experience building for regulated industries including healthcare, financial services, and legal — where HIPAA, PCI, and data residency requirements shape every technical decision. We work through compliance requirements during the discovery phase and document how they'll be addressed in the SOW.
